Our Experience
Rating: 4/10
Awfully boring. I knew exactly how the movie would end within the first 10 minutes. It is cliched and predictable. The sets are preposterous, the songs weird - they just sang the script, it wasn't songs so much. Except for the longest song - something about friendship and how they were changed for good. Despite my boredom, and the length of the song, it was quite nice, though. My daughter (10yo) didn't appreciate it, she fell asleep. I was trying to find some deeper meaning, or story, as fantasies and fairy tales normally has them. But no, this one is as bland as they come. The most I could get is that the masses will believe what they will, and that once they have adopted a certain mindset, it is not easily changed, even if it is completely false.
